A social, interactive afternoon workshop exploring who we are with our horses, and investigating our capacity to be more aware of us both.
*Who am I with my horse?
*Who does the horse see?
*Do I really see the horse?
*What happens if I slow down, and take a moment to check in?
*How can I be more aware of 'me' when I'm with my horse?

Making Contact 3: Finding the Sweet Spot

An interactive workshop exploring self-awareness for riders, putting theory into practice.
If you're striving to develop understanding and communication between you and your horse then this workshop is for you.
If you hear people talk about 'body language', 'emotional regulation', 'softness' and 'feel' but aren't sure what they mean or what to do, this workshop provides practical, physical insights to help you work it out.
All welcome. We'll begin with a brief recap of parts 1 and 2, so don't worry if you missed them.
