A social, interactive afternoon workshop exploring horses, their lives and their place with us.
* Who is 'the horse'?
* What do we owe them?
* What do they give to us?
* What can we give back?
* How do we talk about them?
* Can changing how we talk about them improve their lives?
£30 including tea, coffee, etc.
Making Contact 2: Let's Talk About Us (and Horses).
Sunday 15th March 2026
1.30 - 4pm

A social, interactive afternoon workshop exploring who we are with our horses, and investigating our capacity to be more aware of us both.
*Who am I with my horse?
*Who does the horse see?
*Do I really see the horse?
*What happens if I slow down, and take a moment to check in?
*How can I be more aware of 'me' when I'm with my horse?
£30 including tea, coffee, etc.
Making Contact 3: Let's Ride!
Sunday 19th April 2026
10am - 4pm.
The Bothy and Outdoor Arena, Lindores Equestrian, Newburgh, KY14 6HU.
Beginning with an interactive workshop exploring self-awareness for riders, followed by an optional 45min - 1hr ridden session putting theory into practice.
*Taking a moment.
*Breathing
*Balancing
*Thinking About Contact.
Unmounted £25, with riding £55. Unmounted participants are welcome to stay and spectate.
Refreshments provided but please bring your own lunch.
Daytime stabling available (£9 stable only, £19 with hay & straw).
